Seven-Year-Old Rhema Marvanne sings USA’s National Anthem

For a lot of my international readers, perhaps you’ve never been formally introduced to the national anthem of the USA except through Olympic ceremonies and such. Here’s a good opportunity to hear it clearly — via the lungs of a very talented 7-year-old girl, Rhema Marvanne Voraritskul.

To my fellow Americans: I understand a lot of my international readers may not “read” these text posts because of the language barrier, but visit the site because it’s largely pictures that cross that barrier. Hopefully they’ll watch the video though!

  1. This should be heard by all Americans; young and old!
She sings it so pure and even more so considering her fate of having to loose her Mom: Rhema Marvanne was born 9/15/02 lost her mother, Wendi Marvanne Voraritskul, to ovarian cancer on November 8, 2008. Rhema lives in Carrollton, TX and attends The Branch Church (Vista Ridge Campus)

Wishing her all the best! May God bless her!!!

  2. Much better than Celine Dion’s version. From a young soul singing this song is so powerful. I love how she sang it.

  3. I cried while I heard her sing. The way she sings her songs are so moving. She is God send to all of us. God bless her and may she continue to sing always.

  4. Absolutely beautiful! I pray she is under the wings of Christians who will continue to guide her on the right path. She sings with such assurance and confidence. May God bless her over and over.

  5. I first heard this little wonder maybe 3 months ago. NO ONE can hold a candle to her !!! Little Miss Evanko needs to sit down! We have the best in the whole universe right here! I wish she was my daughter. It would be my pleasure, my honor to meet this little human fireball. Most sincerely, James D. Norris

  6. Wow, I’ve listened to this child for as long as she’s been on the web. She’s absolutely fabulous..unbeatable..so sweet & innocent. I can’t wait to hear her voice in 5 more years. She’s 10 now, maybe older. May God rest her Mother’s soul, mom has to be looking down with the biggest smile ever..she makes me cry everytime I listen to her..may all & only good things happen to this child of Christ..

  13. I have never heard our National Anthem sung better! Such dynamics! This should be played at every stadium in Americal…. Very moving
Better yet …. 7 a.m. every morning, on every network, to remind people who we really are as a nation … and how proud we should be.

Her Mother would be very proud of Rhema…. I am sure we will hear more of her wonderful singing and envigorating spirit!.
