I’ve stumbled across HaloTube.com that only hosts Halo-related videos, with a max upload of 200mb and just about any filetype permissible. I’m in the process of uploading a bunch of my collection to get a little more exposure for the site ^_^
The site looks largely like a YouTube clone, even down to the upload page format, headers, and various persnickety aspects seem practically identical. However, it would be an easier place to find my junk if hoping to search for nifty Halo videos without getting random non-gaming search results.

There’s a Youtube clone for everything now. Somehow, people still find time to use the original site.
